What is Reiki?
Reiki is a gentle healing practice that originated in Japan. It is based on the idea of universal life force energy – an energy that is believed to flow through all living things.
During a Reiki session, the practitioner channels this energy through their hands to support the body's natural ability to restore balance and wellbeing.

Reiki is a non-invasive treatment in which you remain fully clothed while sitting or lying comfortably.
During the session, I place my hands gently on or just above different areas of your body. Reiki energy is then channelled through my hands to support the flow of energy within your system.
